Before we get started, we’ll request blueprints of your property to create a project bid. For reroofs, a satellite image is ordered and obtained within 24-48 hours. Depending on the quality of that image, a roofing proposal will be drafted up or an experienced estimator will be dispatched to your property to physically measure the scope of the project. Within a few days, a roofing proposal will be mailed/emailed to you outlining the proposed work, pricing and warranty.
This consultation is focused on you --- your desires, your budget, your questions and concerns. Once we’re aligned on the end goal, we can construct a build plan.
